Tiananmen Square
Temple of Heaven

Day 3 - April 13, 2007
Visit the Great Wall
Ming Tombs and Sacred Road

Day 4 - April 14, 2007
Visit Summer Palace
Beijing Botanical Garden
After dinner: The Beijing Opera!

Day 5 - April 15, 2007
Visit Yonghe Palace
Fly to Wuhan, China

Day 6-10 - April 16-20, 2007
3rd Global Botanic Gardens Congress
Wuhan, China

Day 11 - April 21, 2007
Fly to Kunming and visit the Stone Forest

Day 12 - April 22, 2007
Visit Longmenxishan
Daguanlou
Huating Temple
Fly to Lijiang

Day 13 - April 23, 2007
Visit the first Bay on the Yangtze River
Heiong Pool

Day 14 - April 24, 2007
Visit Maoniuping Jokul
Lijiang Old Town

Day 15 - April 25, 2007
Travel to Shangri-La by bus and visit Bita Lake
This area is the richest for Eurasian plant diversity with 210 families, 1200 genera and 6000 species!
Visit Napa Lake

Day 16 - April 26, 2007
Visit Gendansongzanlin Temple
Fly back to Kunming

Day 17 - April 27, 2007
Visit the Hort- Expo Garden
Fly back to Beijing
Spend the night in Beijing

Day 18 - April 28, 2007
Fly back to Newark, NJ
Train to Philadelphia, PA
